Grand Unified Force Revisited

A physicist friend of mine bumped into me on the Metro and proceeded to tell me that he had completed his version of the Grand Unified Theory. I smiled a complacent smile, but deep inside my brain, a thought was beginning to develop in the form of an unspoken sentence of envy. "I thought I was the Grand Unified Theory." I never said it out loud. Now it occurs to me that probably Michael Jackson thinks he is the Grand Unified Theory, as well.
